Work on your pulmonary conditioning with an aerobic workout. Featuring the GAZELLE EDGE, the ALPINE FLEX STEPPER, the NEW BALANCE CARDIO BIKE, the SPORT SYSTEM PULMONARY BIKE, and the WESLO CARDIO GLIDE. You will begin to increase your lung capacity and endurance levels. Starting slowly, you will gradually increase your cardiovascular and pulmonary conditioning with low impact exercise routines designed around your needs.

Low Impact with Water Workouts

Reap the benefits at one of our Water Aerobic Classes offered twice daily with each session lasting approximately one hour. Improve your balance and coordination, while toning and stretching muscles in the comfort of the warm heated pool. You will burn 400 to 700 calories per class. Increase your strength & endurance under the supervision of a personal instructor.

Strength & Endurance Training

In the gym you’ll start slowly with light weights, beginning the process of reshaping and sculpting your body as you train with an instructor. You will receive a strength and endurance workout using resistance machines, free weights, isometric and calisthenics exercises. Become physically fit and healthier and in the process lose weight, feel younger, feel stronger and certainly feel better.

One Week starter package includes: $850
Lodging, meals, fitness assessment, strength training & aerobic training, plus stretching exercises.
Two Week package includes: $800 per week
Lodging, meals, fitness assessments, intensified training, cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and stretching exercises.
Three Week package includes: $750 per week
Lodging, meals and meal planning sessions, fitness assessments, water aerobics, cardio vascular pulmonary conditioning, weight training, stretching routines & calisthenics.
Four Week package includes: $700 per week
Lodging, meals, grocery trips, nutrition sessions, fitness assessments, body fat analysis, cardio vascular training sessions, strength training, water aerobics, hiking excursions, calisthenics with weights, stretch sessions, massage, and long term fitness strategy exit plan.
